The Claybourne pool is tentatively scheduled to open each season on Memorial Day weekend and closed on Labor Day. The pool hours are 10am – 8pm during the summer weekends and 4pm - 8pm on school days. 

 

Shelbourne Owner's may join the pool for a seasonal charge of $300 payable to Claybourne POA. Owner's must complete registration form.

It was recently noticed that some of the mailboxes in the community have lettering that is starting to fade with age and sun exposure. In order to maintain compliance with Section 6 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, it is required to purchase the lettering replacement from Estes Designs Mailbox and Streetscapes. They can be purchased via the website, http://estesmailbox.com, over the phone, 317-899-5556, or in person, 7510 E. 39th. St. Indianapolis, IN 46226.

 

Please note, when ordering them on the phone, please tell them that you are a member of the Claybourne Estates POA. This will allow them to look up the current lettering in place within the community. If you are interested in ordering online, you will click the HOA/Property Managers tab. From there you will search for your community. Once you have selected Claybourne, it will provide you a drop down menu to the right to select the option you are in need of replacement (i.e. full mailbox with lettering, post, lettering, etc.).
